A project management analyst is responsible for providing analytical support for various projects; assisting in budget analysis and financial analysis; drafting cost estimates, work statements, and financial reports; ensuring customer satisfaction; monitoring fund receipts; developing cost estimates; preparation of monthly and quarterly reports; project scheduling; finding critical activities using critical path methodology (CPM); and documentation, monitoring, and communication of project assumptions and key risks to appropriate stakeholders.
